Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Mister Rebus apps (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Adventurous2 Ltd (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• Your device's Advertising ID or other unique device identifiers (used by third parties for analytics, crash reporting, and ad serving)
• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address).

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application may use your device's notification feature to send you push notifications solely to inform you when new application content is available. You can manage or disable these notifications at any time through your mobile device's settings.

For a better experience, certain features of the Application may require you to voluntarily provide us with specific personally identifiable information ("PII"). This PII may include your name, email address (for account creation or support), and limited payment information (such as your app store transaction ID, but not full payment card details) when you make an in-app purchase. The information the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used only as described in this privacy policy and for the purpose it was collected.

We process personal data based on the following legal grounds, as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Limited Payment Information (Transaction ID). Processing is essential for fulfilling our contract with you, specifically to validate and manage your in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• Automatically Collected Non-PII (e.g., operating system, time spent, pages visited, crash reports). Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in improving the Application, ensuring its security, diagnosing issues, and understanding aggregate usage patterns.
• Advertising ID and related usage data. Processing is based on your explicit consent to enable targeted, personalized advertising from third-party networks, which supports the freemium model. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time via your device settings.
• Name and Email Address. This data is only processed if you voluntarily choose to provide it when contacting us for support or inquiries. It is used solely to respond to your communication.

Third Party Access

Your data, including your Advertising ID and non-personally identifiable usage data, is transmitted to the listed third-party services. We share your Advertising ID and other technical identifiers with services like AdMob and Appodeal to enable targeted, interest-based advertising within the Application, which is necessary to support the Freemium service model.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider is located in Finland (EEA). Because we use third-party services like Firebase, AdMob, and Appodeal, your technical identifiers and usage data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), primarily the United States.

To ensure your data receives a level of protection essentially equivalent to that within the EU, we rely on the following legal mechanisms:

• EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework: For transfers to U.S.-based companies that are self-certified (such as Google and Meta), we rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision.

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): For all other transfers, we utilize the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, which legally require the recipient to protect your data to EU standards.

• Supplementary Measures: We use pseudonymization (machine-readable IDs) and encryption in transit to ensure that even if data is accessed, it cannot be easily linked back to you as an individual.

Your Rights Under the GDPR

As a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have specific data protection rights. Adventurous2 Ltd, as the Data Controller, aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

• The Right to Access: You have the right to request copies of the data we hold.

• The Right to Rectification: You can request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.

• The Right to Erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your data under certain conditions.

• The Right to Object: You have the right to object to our processing of your data (e.g., for advertising).

• The Right to Data Portability: You can request that we transfer the data we have collected to another organization.

To exercise your rights, please contact us. Note that as we do not store names or emails, we identify users solely via device-generated IDs (such as the Advertising ID). Therefore, you must provide your device ID for us to locate and delete any associated data.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising: You can restrict the use of your device's Advertising ID for targeted advertising by adjusting your device settings: Android: Device Settings $\to$ Google $\to$ Ads $\to$ Opt out of Ads Personalization. iOS: Device Settings $\to$ Privacy & Security $\to$ Tracking (or Apple Advertising) $\to$ Limit Ad Tracking.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
